NPAC TWG - Chemical Weapons Detection Focus Group

Major Focus

The objective of the Chemical Weapons Detection Focus Group (CWDFG) is to monitor the adequacy of technologies used in the detection, monitoring, and reporting of chemical weapons, and to make recommendations for research and development efforts needed to improve U.S. Nonproliferation and Arms Control capabilities in this area. The CWDFG is comprised of represetatives from the State Deptartment, DOD, DOE, Intelligence Community, and other government departments.
